We offer free standard delivery on orders over £75. Delivery times are estimates only and we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.
6. Returns and Refunds
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt. Goods must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. We reserve the right to deduct from the refund if the value of the goods has been reduced due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
